Return Eligibility
• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within the United States.
• All returns must be pre-authorised before sending them back.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are final sale:
Jewellery / Accessories • Beauty Items • Intimates / Bodysuits / Lingerie • Swimwear • Face Masks • Sale or Clearance Items.
Return Shipping
• Customers cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
• Approved refunds are issued within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
International Orders (UK / Europe / UAE / Canada / Australia / New Zealand)
• Orders shipped outside the U.S. —including the UK, Europe, UAE, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand—are final sale and not eligible for return, except if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
• If this occurs, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and a physical return may not be required.
